SHIPPING: Our goal is to ship your product as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days after your order is received unless specified in the product listing. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us via email thru the contact us page on the website for further assistance. Our Business days are Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM , excluding USA Federal holidays. We also do not offer expedited shipping or combine shipping for multiple orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE: All sales are final due to the exclusive limited nature and high demand of the merchandise. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or change after purchased. Shipping address cannot be edited as soon as order is placed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.
However, if there is any damages or production errors, there is a 7 day return policy following the delivery date confirmation. Product must be unwashed, unworn, no odor and no stains and sent over to us in the original packaging, then we can review your claim. This return must be approved before we accept a return. We can only accept online store credit within 30 days if the return has been approved.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES : Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective of if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged or shrunk after washing.
LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages after we shipped your order and we do not issue refunds over any lost packages. You will have to reach out immediately to our main mail courier USPS to open a missing package claim with them. USPS will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our office.
